Chicago Team to Eliminate AIDS.

I decided that I would run a 26.2 mile marathon to raise funds for the AIDS foundation of Chicago. I plan to journal my experience. This is where I'll do it. I learned about a friend of mine who works for the organization, participates in athletic events to raise money. My father was one of the first casualties of AIDS dying in 1986, among the first 10,000 Americans to die. Knowledge of friends with AIDS brings me back to those moments with my father. I'll be running with his memory.
